These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including custom wigs, hair extensions, digital downloads, educational materials, and all related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). 1. General Use of the Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, making a purchase, or communicating with us. Misuse of the website, including attempting to breach security or interfere with functionality, is prohibited.

2. Products & Custom Orders

2.1 Custom Wigs (“Bob in a Box” & Other Custom Units)

Custom wig orders are made specifically to the photos, options, and details you submit.
Because of the personalized nature of these items:

• All custom orders are final sale.

• Production begins after we receive your photos and selections.

• You are responsible for submitting clear, accurate images to ensure the best customization results.

2.2 Hair Extensions, Bundles, Frontals & Closures

Texture, color, and density may vary slightly due to the nature of human hair. We do not guarantee identical results from bundle to bundle or restock to restock.

2.3 Digital Content

Digital downloads, guides, and educational products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.

3. Payments

Payments must be made in full at checkout unless otherwise specified.
We accept major credit cards and other payment options made available at the time of purchase.

Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity will result in cancellation of the order and potential account restrictions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines displayed at checkout are estimates. Production time for custom orders varies and begins once all required information is submitted.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Lost packages due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.

Once an order is shipped, delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because most Karl J products are custom-made:

• Custom wigs and custom extensions are final sale.

• Digital products are final sale.

• Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange if unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for eligibility.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of wear, tampering, or damage.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Karl J website—including product descriptions, photos, branding, logos, videos, and educational materials—is owned by Karl J and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Personal Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, stored, and protected.

You agree not to:

• We cannot guarantee identical results to inspiration photos.

All Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karl J is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Losses due to misuse of products

• Issues resulting from improper installation, maintenance, or third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.
