SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 4pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 4pm will ship the following business day. Our orders are shipped through UPS, and do not deliver on the weekends. We are NOT responsible for UPS delays or mistakes - please contact UPS directly to handle missing or lost packages. Ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for mistakes regarding spellings errors.
Regular ground shipments are sent via UPS GROUND ($25). Please allow 3-5 business days for Ground shipping., however there is no guaranteed delivery date.
If Expedited shipping is required, prices are as follows:
3 DAY - $30
2ND DAY (second day by end of day) $35
NEXT DAY AIR (next day by 3:30pm) $60
Saturday (Saturday delivery by Noon) – Please call for pricing
2. Return Policy
At Pure Origins by Karl J, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our products. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, a defective product, or have concerns regarding the quality of your order, please contact our customer service team at info@eurotress.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos for review. We are committed to providing exceptional service and will do our best to address your concerns promptly.
3. Cancellations
